By accessing or using TraceChain services provided by Galadriel Tech Solutions Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
TraceChain provides a verifiable data layer for supply chains, enabling cryptographic proof of data integrity through blockchain anchoring. Our service includes APIs, SDKs, and infrastructure for creating, batching, and verifying supply chain event proofs.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures
- Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service
4. Data and Privacy
You retain all rights to your data. TraceChain only processes cryptographic hashes of your data, not the raw data itself. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to hash and anchor proofs for the data you submit.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Pricing is available upon request. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
TraceChain and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of Galadriel Tech Solutions Inc. Our service, software, and documentation are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galadriel Tech Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
9. Warranties Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
